With decades of experience behind them, well-known local workshop Kings Auto recognised it needed to look forward and evolve. With the market shift to more late-model European and Japanese vehicles it was clear the brand no longer matched the level of care or technical expertise being delivered.

The brief: To develop a new name, identity, and positioning that reflected precision, performance, and passion with a continental feel and motorsport-inspired aesthetic.

Autobahn was born — a name inspired by Germany’s iconic highways and the culture of European motoring. It signals speed, confidence, and mechanical excellence. The proposition “Mechanics who’ll love your car as much as you do” adds warmth and human connection to the technical promise.

The new visual identity draws from motorsport iconography—clean lines, bold type, and a minimal, high-contrast colour palette—to reflect specialist focus and premium service.

Autobahn will launched with a sharper, more relevant brand that speaks directly to modern car owners. It positions the workshop as a trusted specialist for high-performance vehicles and sets the business up for a new era of growth—faster, sharper, and built for the road ahead.
