PPCS was a South Island based meat processing cooperative that needed to change to survive in a highly competitive industry. It recognised the needed to evolve its’ business model beyond processing and commodity trading. Sven led the team at Designworks that helped transform PPCS into Silver Fern Farms and create the brand that opened the way to it becoming the premium quality food producer and highly respected global consumer brand it is today.
