In the closing weeks of WW1, soldiers from a small country far from home liberated the town of Le Quesnoy in northern France. To protect the residents and preserve the medieval walled fortress surrounding the town, the New Zealanders devised a innovative approach to breech the ramparts with a somple ladder. Sven&Friends were engaged to create a brand for New Zealand’s living memorial museum in Le Quesnoy France that helps tell this inspiring story and promote peace through theme of Freedom and Friendship. A theme with greater relevance than ever today as we once again see military conflict break out in Europe. The museum is due to opening late 2023.
